Our vision is to become the benchmark for corporate well-being because we are convinced that a proper work-life balance is essential for the healthy growth of organisations,” Zini concludes.

The idea of Genius4U was born from the international experience of its founder who, after years as a manager in multinational companies, identified a gap in corporate welfare in Italy.
