EU-INC, last call

Tomorrow, 30 September, is the last day to voice your support for the EU-INC proposal, which aims to create a single company form valid in all 27 European Union countries in order to facilitate the process of setting up, growing and raising investment for start-ups and scale-ups.

The project stems from the urgent need to break down the internal regulatory ‘barriers’ that still exist between EU countries and thus make the many European start-ups and scale-ups more competitive on the global stage. From the point of view of innovation and the ability to develop ideas, technologies, products and services, these companies are every bit as good as their American or Chinese counterparts.

Each of us can do our part by filling out the EU-INC petition form. The project is also known as the 28th regime. If you have time, you can fill it out item by item. Otherwise, the promoters of the initiative have also provided a set of ideal answers to include in the form in order to complete it and send it by the deadline, which is tomorrow, 30 September 2025.

All information is available on the EU-INC call to action website, where you will find a link to the consultation directly on the European Commission website. You need to register in order to complete a very quick procedure, and you will find a list of answers to various questions with step-by-step guidance.

For those who wish, it is also possible to purchase products created to give greater visibility to the campaign: caps, T-shirts and stickers that many have used this month to show their support for the campaign, as shown in the images of entrepreneurs, journalists, investors and actors in the European ecosystem on the EU-INC website.

Don’t miss out, make your voice heard for a more united Europe, for a standard that applies across the continent, to give a substantial boost to the European ecosystem of start-ups and scale-ups that need to be able to be born, grow, develop and become big without being forced to leave Europe.
