Innovation must be the subject of storytelling, confrontation, and continuous analysis in order to best manifest itself and be best disseminated. This is well understood Stella33, which, together with Startupbusiness, is organising a series of meetings dedicated precisely to deepening and disseminating innovationThe programme started on 7 May at The Hive space within the MIND (Milan innovation district) with a meeting dedicated to lifescience innovation that featured Luca Ravagnan, founder and CEO of Wise and Pierluigi Paracchi, CEO of Genenta Science. The event took the form of a conversation that touched on topics such as investments, with emphasis on the fact that in Italy it has become vital to speed up the availability of money for investments because this is the only way we can hope to maintain a certain level of competitiveness with the companies that are born and grow in other countries. Then there was talk about the country’s reputation in terms of its ability to generate innovation in lifescience, talent, and the need to create work contexts capable of attracting them and enabling them to express their full potential. There is, of course, much good that has been done over the years, starting with the two companies led by Ravagnan and Paracchi, and such as the MIND context, which aims to become a hub of innovation and research in lifescience with the Human Technopole, the Milan State University campus, and the Galeazzi hospital. A context in full development that already sees the presence of companies such as Bracco and that sees the growing importance of spaces such as The Hive that host companies, professionals, and events.
In addition to The Hive, Stella33 also manages two other contexts, which are Spark3 in Milan Santa Giulia and Palazzo Isola Nova in Venice on the island of Tronchetto. Two spaces that will host in turn the next events of the programme that started on 7 May. The next scheduled events are dedicated to the importance of the blue economy for Italian innovation, debuting on 20 May in Venice and featuring the participation of entrepreneur Alessandro Santi and Nlcomp co-founder Alessandro Stagni. It then continues in Milan Santa Giulia with a meeting devoted to wellbeing in the workplace, the appointment is on 11 June with the participation of Mariarita Costanza and Barbara Dalle Pezze, and then returns to Venice on 19 June with Roberto Perocchio, President of Assomarinas, and Gugielmo La Vita CEO of Navia Yachts. The programme envisages an appointment in July, on the 2nd at Milano Santa Giulia, to then resume in the autumn months with dates and content to be announced as and when they are held.
